After I made the commissioned backpack with the waxed canvas, I had enough left over for a crossbody bag for myself. I just love the fabric. I tried to use some other leftovers as well, like the hardware and zipper pull. I installed a sew-in magnetic snap on one outside pocket and left the other one open. There’s a slip pocket on the inside, which I sectioned into two pockets with a center seam. This bag isn’t big, but I’m able to fit my wallet, sunglasses, keys, phone, and lip balm just fine. What else does a girl need?
